Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. 6.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method in the deposit section of the Player's Account dashboard. These limits may be varied by the Operator at its discretion and may differ based on Account verification status.
6.4 The Operator does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary.
6.5 All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates for USDT TRC20 deposits are determined at the time of transaction processing and are non-negotiable once confirmed.
6.6 The Operator reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method where the deposit cannot be verified as originating from the Player's own account.
7.1 Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically feasible.
7.2 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the Player's Account. The Operator does not impose withdrawal fees; however, processing times and any applicable fees from the receiving payment provider are outside the Operator's control.
7.3 Withdrawals of Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements having been satisfied in full prior to withdrawal request. Attempting to withdraw before Wagering Requirements are met will result in the Bonus Balance and associated winnings being forfeited.
7.4 The Operator may delay processing of withdrawal requests pending KYC verification, AML review, or investigation of potential Terms breach. The Operator will notify the Player of any such delay via the contact details registered with the Account.
7.5 In the event a Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of any funds pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such funds.
8.1 The Operator may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentives to Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
8.2 Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are consumed before Real Money Balance when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion terms.
8.3 A Player may only claim each Promotion once unless the Promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same Promotion multiple times — including through multiple Accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
8.4 The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at its discretion, including after a Player has opted in, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or circumstances outside the Operator's control. In such cases, any Bonus Balance derived from the affected Promotion will be removed from the Player's Account.
8.5 Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the applicable Promotion terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.
9.1 All games on the Platform are operated by certified third-party software providers. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules govern with respect to gameplay mechanics; these Terms govern with respect to Account, financial, and conduct matters.
9.2 The results of all games are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game conducted by the live dealer. The Operator does not intervene in game outcomes.
9.3 Technical malfunctions or game errors that affect the outcome of a wager may result in the wager being voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. The Operator's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in these Terms.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 13.2 The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player for any and all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
